Language Log Entry #1
You should write (a) the date, (b) what you heard/read as precisely as possible, (c) the specific context in which it was spoken including where and by whom, and (d) a brief description of what was meant by the utterance and/or what it says about disability. I recommend keeping a notebook with you at all times to record your observations and then on a regular/weekly basis, transfer them onto the language log WIKI page.
